It is a city of extraordinary history and endless attractions. From a distance, the Isola delle Correnti lighthouse looks like a giant sandcastle, atop a tiny rock isle. As you wade across the shallow strip of water from Portopalo di Capo Passero beach, it becomes clear that this is no giant sandcastle, instead of a huge octagonal stone tower.

Cefalu is set on rocky terrain that arches all the way to the Mediterranean Sea. Its strategic and the ideal conditions of its harbour make it an important destination for yachting sailors and tourists who are spending their Mediterranean holiday onboard their private yacht.
